Approved providers

Only active providers can receive task funds. Each entry pins a verified domain and a recipient wallet fixed at registration — an x402 challenge naming any other wallet fails the recipient-equality check before a transaction is ever constructed.

MVP is a closed registry
Open provider onboarding with stake or attestation requirements is a post-MVP item (spec §4.2). During the pilot, admin approval is required and every approval lands in the audit log.

Becoming a provider

Providers register a recipient wallet, a verified domain, an endpoint pattern and a supported asset. Registration requires the provider owner's signature plus admin approval. Once registered, the recipient wallet is fixed — updating it is a new registration with a new audit entry, not a silent edit.
